Seared chicken snack wrap & Orange juice (MacDonalds) also an oatmeal raisin muffin
Dinner:Spagetti Bolongese with beans
Afternoon Snack: Peanut butter with banana on multigrain bread
Treat: Coffee coated chocolate beans :)
